Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we try to make cancelling an order with Veloniruxo as straightforward as possible.

Cancelling Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@veloniruxo.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancelling After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped by the time you request a cancellation, we will not be able to stop the shipment. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal once the parcel arrives, in line with our Refund and Returns policy, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Order Changes

If you would like to change a color, an item, or the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us right away at info@veloniruxo.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee this once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Cancellations Initiated by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order ourselves, for example due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or a suspected fraudulent transaction. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for any payment already made.
